ABOUT ME
My work is fueled by a passion to support people in softening into their bodies and leading their lives from the heart.
I am a body-centric healer.
I combine the modalities of Yoga, BodyWork, Mentorship and Nervous System informed Meditation to support my clients in their healing journey- guiding them back to their bodies with a compassionate presence.
Rooted in Forrest, Yin, and Flow Yoga, Yoga BodyWork and meditation, I blend these practices with personal development to help my students feel grounded, present and pain-free in their bodies.
Through my work, I support sensitive beings to come home to their bodies and to cultivate self-trust in their inner worlds.
My journey with yoga began at the age of 13, sparked by a combination of curiosity and the accessibility of yoga videos on YouTube. What first seemed like a lighthearted exploration soon blossomed into something far deeper—an anchor of solace and resilience during my tumultuous teenage years. Battling anorexia, anxiety, and instability in my home life, the mat became a sacred refuge. It was the one place where movement wasn’t punishment, but rather an expression of deep listening and intuitive self-love.
As my practice matured, so did my desire to share its transformational power with others. Teaching at a local studio came naturally, eventually guiding me to Forrest Yoga—an encounter that felt like a profound homecoming to my soul. Something realigned within me, and I knew I had found the path I was meant to walk.
After completing my formal education, I traveled to Maui to complete my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Maui Yoga Shala. Immersed in the spirit of aloha, I discovered a more tender, nourishing way to be with myself and others—an essence that still flows through my teaching today.
Since planting roots in Austin, Texas in 2018, I’ve shared yoga through group classes, private sessions, and workshops. My deepest initiation came in 2019 during a 31-day Forrest Yoga training with Ana Forrest in Calgary. That month restructured me from the inside out. It asked me to live with integrity, to meet my edges, and to speak my truth—not just on the mat, but in every area of my life.
Now, as a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, I teach weekly at Yoga East Austin, lead workshops, and continue to deepen my own studies—with over 500 hours of advanced training in Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Bodywork.
Alongside yoga, my heart is rooted in the healing arts. I’ve spent years exploring relational work, somatic therapy, and intuitive bodywork as powerful tools for transformation. I’ve trained in yoga bodywork and offer sessions that weave together touch, energy, presence, and listening to support the body's natural healing intelligence. My work is deeply influenced by the nervous system, trauma-informed practices, cranial sacral work and the beauty of holding space for people to feel & soften.
Currently, I offer healing bodywork sessions which combine yoga and therapeutic bodywork in Austin, Texas in addition to group yoga classes.
I host monthly women's gatherings in Austin, TX.
Whether I’m guiding a group, working one-on-one, or simply connecting with someone heart-to-heart, I see this path as sacred.
It is my deepest joy and calling to help others soften into themselves, awaken to their inner wisdom, and live from the truth of who they are.
